Tasked with identifying and developing partnerships aligned with strategic growth goals, this role manages cross-functional team efforts to facilitate successful franchise acquisitions and integrations. Serving as a key liaison among internal stakeholders and external brand principals.What You\'ll Be DoingStrategic Roles and Responsibilities:

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Acquisitions team efforts to acquire new business partnerships.
Intrinsic ability to identify and interpret brands\' unique DNA and expansion strategies to evaluate the most appropriate partnership models and synergies.
Gather commercial inputs from across different business units to drive the delivery of business plans in line with strategic and financial objectives.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and financial acumen when working through business models with the Finance team.
Ability to assess and take a financial view on the economics of each business plan, report back findings and make recommendations to senior team.
Support with the communication and presentation of new business opportunities to Senior Leadership team.
Translate development plans into brand pitch decks and support team with the delivery of presentations to brand principals.
Demonstrate a strong interest in Fashion & Retail with keen awareness of global & regional retail / fashion trends and market insights.
Manage the new brand pipeline and establish project management processes. Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders via clear communication.
Throughout the onboarding process regularly monitor / measure project benchmarks and key performance indicators to ensure that project success criteria are being achieved. Stay alert for risk, resolving issues as they arise with a solution led mindset.
Highlight and manage competing priorities and agendas between internal and external stakeholders to work toward the most effective outcomes.
Ability to cope with ad hoc requests and prioritise accordingly.
Capable of turning tasks around quickly, when necessary, whilst always delivering to a high standard.
Assist in the execution of legal documents throughout the acquisitions process liaising with commercial and legal stakeholders.
Successfully balance strategic pillars and requirements from Commercial, Legal and Brand partners to ensure all interests are considered in contractual agreements.
Support the commercial team during complex franchise agreement negotiations whilst maintaining constant communication with the Legal team.
REQUIREMENTSAbout You
To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally have a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field; with a minimum 7years\' experience in Business Development, Retail operations or Project Management experience within the retail industry with strong background in dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Excellent people management and communication skills with the ability to lead and facilitate cross functional group meetings with confidence.
Effective communicator maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to read and understand legal documents.
Proficient in the English language, Arabic would be an advantage.
