This person will be \xef\xbb\xbfwill be responsible for managing all aspects of genuine parts operations, from order processing to sales planning and customer service. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfilment of orders, while also driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge and Ordering: Utilize your expertise in genuine parts and Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) usage to identify and order new parts as per customer requirements.
Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans tailored to specific countries, with a focus on driving genuine parts sales. Execute weekly and monthly sales plans to achieve targets.
Operations Management: Take full responsibility for genuine parts operations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to timelines. This includes tracking stock movement and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate timely deliveries to customers.
Merchandising: Set up merchandise displays to showcase genuine parts effectively and attractively.
Customer Management: Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance as needed. Identify new potential customers to expand the client base.
Sales Discipline and Ethics: Maintain high standards of sales discipline and business ethics in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Cross Selling and Upselling: Utilize cross-selling and upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with purchase teams to ensure adequate inventory levels based on sales orders and demand forecasts.
Performance Reporting: Implement weekly initiatives to showcase progress and forecast sales to management, providing insights into market trends and opportunities.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors\' activities and track market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Propose action plans to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
