This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and analytical teams to support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions.
The Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, challenges and identify opportunities for improving business process, supporting strategic decision-making through analytics. The BA will work with data engineers, data stewards, dashboard developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements, as well as being able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations is a must.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.?? Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.??
