Work schedule 5/2, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate operations, including sales, rent, leasing, property management, and client services.
Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients and drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding property investments, buying, selling, and renting properties.
Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other stakeholders to establish strong business relationships and secure exclusive listings.
Maintain accurate records of property transactions, client interactions, and financial data.
Plans and supervises weekly activities and revenue.
Responsible for the department\'s weekly action plan, ensures its execution.
Individual reviews and quality control of CRM work.
Ensures each broker has access to and updates weekly statistics (transactions, revenue, meetings, property viewings, online presentations).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the UAE real estate industry, with a strong track record of successful real estate operations.
Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, including property trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
Fluent with english is a must other additional language is a bonus.
