What you will do
Let\xe2\x80\x99s do this. Let\xe2\x80\x99s change the world. In this vital role you will enhance the promotion of Amgen`s products to serve patients
Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager
Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
Engage with peers and District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge
Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date
Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow-up with customers
Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs to drive own development

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree
Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
Relevant local legal qualification
Strong written and verbal communication
Hold self-accountable for achieving established goals.
Demonstrate time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner; meet timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels
Exposure to project management principles
Proven resilience in sophisticated environments
Proven high learning agility
Oncology or Hematology experience is a preference
