This role, based in Abu Dhabi, offers an exceptional opportunity to significantly contribute to the academic advancement of our clients students.Responsibilities:Curriculum Leadership:Develop and deliver comprehensive biology lessons tailored for IGCSE students.
Mentor and support other teaching staff.
Utilize innovative and engaging approaches to foster an interest in the subject matter.
Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our clients\' students.
Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.Assessment and Progress Monitoring:Formulate and implement assessment strategies, including examinations and assignments, to assess student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance, facilitating student improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance with attention to detail.Communication and Collaboration:Foster transparent and effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to maintain a supportive learning community.
Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Biology or a related field; Master\'s degree in education or biology could support application.
Teaching certification, ideally specializing in Biology or Science education.
Proven track record of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework.
