Job Description

: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structure BIM Coordinator with a strong focus on Revit to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, ensuring the integrity and quality of the structural designs, and facilitating collaboration among various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit for structural projects.
• Coordinate BIM execution plans, project standards, and workflow procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with project teams.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and Revit.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and shop drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all project participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on Revit.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
