• Lead BIM coordination efforts for multiple large-scale projects, ensuring effective integration of architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Oversee the development, review, and quality control of BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings with project teams to facilitate model reviews, updates, and progress tracking.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across all project phases.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to junior BIM modelers and coordinators, helping them understand project requirements and improve modeling accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and BIM methodologies to enhance project efficiency and deliverables.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BIM coordination, with proven expertise in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and clash detection principles.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information to clients.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience with green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is a plus.
