Job Description

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and serving
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior barista in a high-volume coffee shop or cafe
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proficient in latte art and other decorative techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
