What will you be doing?

Senior Backend Developers/Engineers at Voizzit assist in developing a comprehensive, stable, reliable, scalable and secure application platform based on Microsites with high performance and availability. The platform will be able to handle high traffic volumes, provide fast loading times, and maintain uninterrupted availability to meet the needs and expectations of users.

Our Senior Developers are open, approachable, proactive, and enjoy working with passionate people. They're collaborative in their approach to solving problems to help their team succeed. Senior developers are also responsible for delivering high quality code in line with the team's technical strategy and supporting more junior team members to help ensure their teams are trained well and successful.

•They do this in 3 key ways: •

? Guaranteeing the quality of product code in line with the technical strategy, accomplished by meeting quality indicators and championing tech quality.

? Helping the development team succeed: achieved through regular pair programming and collaborative problem solving.

? Creating conditions for the success of the platform: achieved by identifying and removing technical impediments.

Voizzit is looking for hands-on developers who can bring knowledge and experience to aid in growing our teams and launching our platform successfully. We're excited to see what you'll bring to our team.

Who are we looking for?

We are open to people from diverse backgrounds who are keen to share their technical passion and experience with those around them.

Our ideal candidate would have worked in the industry for 4+ years and can bring 3+ years of experience with Node.js.

•Our main requirements are: •

? Technical expertise - Node.js (must have), Database Management, Experience with Cloud Computing, Socket I/O and Security Awareness is preferred.

? Methodology - You will strongly benefit from having experience with iterative methodologies, particularly agile and lean.

? Tech Quality - Experience contributing to a "tech first" environment and background driving technical best practices within your teams.

? Industry - ideally experience working in Chat App and/or a passion for the industry.

? Problem Solving & communication -

? ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

? A proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.

? Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

? Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

? Leadership- the ability to influence and inspire juniors.
