You will need technical knowledge in automation technologies, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate existing workflows and processes across departments to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using leading-edge technologies, such as RPA, BPA, AI/ML, scripting, and macros.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define automation objectives, gather requirements, and create detailed project roadmaps.Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and system integrations for platforms including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other custom applications.Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation solutions to ensure they are functioning at optimal performance.Provide training and ongoing support to teams on the use of automation tools and technologies.Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in automation to continuously enhance solutions and services.Produce comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals, for all automation systems and tools.Monitor the effectiveness and impact of automation initiatives, refining solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in areas such as Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk Management, and Governance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer ScienceExperience in automation (BPA or RPA projects)Expertise in automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar.Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or other languages.Solid understanding of APIs and system integrationsIf you are interested in the above position, please apply below!
