Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Team to lead and oversee the operations of our Tax, Audit, and Bookkeeping office. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing a team of around 20 employees while ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, HR management, payroll, client relations, and business development, while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 20 employees across various functions, including tax, audit, bookkeeping, and administrative support.
• Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback to all team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance and morale.
HR & Payroll
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
• Manage employee performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Operations Management
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and manage resources, including budgets, software, and infrastructure.
Sales & Business Development
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to acquire new clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote services, including tax planning, auditing, and bookkeeping.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for tax, audit, and bookkeeping services.
• Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and accuracy in service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and operations accordingly.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in tax, audit, or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero).
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
