With a legacy of over seven years, this team are renowned for pioneering enterprise risk frameworks and shaping investment strategies. We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Associate or Vice President to enhance their investment risk management processes on their portfolio. What the job involves
- Partner with investment managers to evaluate risk implications post-deal, including CEO succession and product risks
- Model potential impacts on company performance, revenue, costs, and profitability
- Assess implications on exit strategies and collaborate on strategic decisions with investment teams
- Conduct operational due diligence and ensure investee companies have robust risk management frameworks in place
- Engage consultants as needed for specialised risk assessments and interventions
- Bachelor\'s (and/or) masters degree in a top tier university
- Strong background in private markets, with experience in investment risk assessment and portfolio management
- Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with operational due diligence and risk modelling tools
- Cross-sector experience and adaptability highly valued
