As a Senior Associate in a growing elite investment team, you will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing special situations investment opportunities.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to identify special situations, distressed assets, and unique investment opportunities
- Analyze geopolitical events, regulatory changes, and economic trends to anticipate market movements and identify potential special situations
- Provide high-level strategic advice for a range of operating assets
- Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis across various sectors
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, incorporating multiple scenarios and risk factors
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence to assess the feasibility and potential returns of special situationsRequirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience from tier 1 bulge bracket investment banks (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, or Morgan Stanley) or top tier strategy consulting firms (Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Comapny)
- Education from a recognised top-tier university
