Senior Specialist, Sales Operations . Location: Saudi Arabia, Jeddah . Function: Sales
Overview As the Senior Specialist, Sales Operations, you are expected to support the commercial team, by providing data analysis & insights. You will cooperate closely with customer marketing team to develop & execute trade marketing tools.
Responsibilities
Category Management In partnership with Customer Marketing, develops Planograms, Fixturization, and CatMan strategies and executional guidelines for identified Customers.
Merchandising and Promotional Services
Collaborate with Platform Sales to ensure merchandising services deliver ROI.
Provides Sales and M&C Teams with key Point-of-Sales analytics based on different sources and insights (e.g., Nielsen, Category, Channel) for better understanding of both Category and SCJ opportunities and threats.
Provides Sales and M&C Teams with key Point-of-Sales data to track execution - i.e., sell-out, shelf data.
Monitors Trade Returns and propose corrective actions to reduce actual levels and values.
Co-leads the Sales Team's budget setting process, and ensures targets assigned to Channels/Customers are fair and appropriate.
Supports the Sales Director/Country Manager in the overall tracking of functionals and provides recommendations to ensure budgets are not exceeded.
Closely collaborates with distributor E-com manager to manage the E-com business (around 3% of total business), ensuring deployment of fundamentals, execution of Marketing activities and delivering Sales targets and P&L
Experience you'll bring:
3-5 Year's experience in sales operation
Experience with E-com channel
Strong analytical skills
Very strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with E-com channel
Full proficiency in English is a must.

10% traveling mainly inside country (Saudi)
Office, market visits, distributer office.
