• Assuring that all existing daily routines and processes are followed effectively and efficiently.

• Responsible for continuous improvement of the LIF operations, including the improvement of processes and routines.

• Assuring the facility operation and addressing potential issues

• Conducting Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving activities for the LIF operation

• Responsible for the replenishment of consumables, registration for new suppliers, raising PR activities, follow up suppliers payments

• 5S methods implementation

• Planning and executing, together with Group Marketing and Communication, the marketing and communication initiatives connected to LIF.

• Actively participating in marketing and communication events.

• Creating an image of LIF as the trusted learning and innovation hub within the covered topics of the LIF Offerings and Curricula.

• Prepare and setup external events

• Supporting the LIF staff with the daily tasks.

• Acting as the extended hand of the LIF Director whenever needed.

• Supports with actively proposing solutions which make the LIF offerings better and/or more attractive.

• Actively supports with the implementation, or execution, of critical solutions for LIF operations (such as Learning Management Systems)

• Good practical knowledge and experience in operations from a Training and Education related environment.

• Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable

• Bachelor\'s degree

• Advanced MS Office user with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fundamental understanding of stakeholder engagement.

• Very strong people and relationship skills.

• Flexibility to deal with non expected events and urgent demands

• Preparation and execution of marketing and communication events.
