JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities:

ID Reviews:

o Conduct thorough interior design reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.


o Provide insightful feedback to the design team for continuous improvement.


Consultant Meetings:

o Meet regularly with consultants to discuss project updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration.


o Act as a liaison to convey client preferences and feedback.


Site Visits:

o Attend site visits for specific projects, focusing on sample reviews and addressing any on-site challenges.


o Ensure the implementation of design concepts aligns with the established vision.


Supplier Meetings:

o Conduct meetings with suppliers to explore new materials, discuss project requirements, and negotiate terms.


Adhoc Tasks:

o Undertake various adhoc tasks related to interior design projects as required.


o Adapt to changing project needs and contribute proactively to project success.


Time Management:

o Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved within the designated time frames.


o Uphold a commitment to finishing projects on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.


Communication and Teamwork:

o Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.


o Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team across projects in Saadiyat, Yas, and Dubai.


Working Conditions:

o Regular working hours, office base. (Require some site visits).


Related years of experience:

o Min of 6+ years of Proven experience in interior design project management or a related role.


Field of Experience:

Interior design project management.


Technical and Interpersonal Skills:

o Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting project deadlines.


o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


o Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse project requirements.


o Familiarity with interior design processes and materials.


Qualification:

o Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture is required
