- Designing and optimising legal functions for clients.
- Procuring and implementing legal and contracting technologies, including Generative AI.
- Supporting clients with outsourcing strategy and managed legal services implementation.
- Good understanding of the legal technology market, including contract lifecycle management, generative AI, document management, knowledge. management and request and matter management.
- Conducting current state assessments and industry research.
- Creating client reports and contributing to complex business issue solutions
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in legal teams within corporate or government organisations, or law firms.
- Understanding of legal processes and policies.
- Strong knowledge of technology and IT practices, including Generative AI.
- Foundational understanding of ERP environments and data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, both internal and external
- Collaborative team environment.
