The team advises clients on a wide variety of high-profile UAE and regional real estate investment, development and finance transactions. Additionally our hospitality work covers a comprehensive range of legal services including advising national and international hotel owners, operators and franchisors in the acquisition, development, finance, management and branding of hotel properties and serviced apartments.Key ResponsibilitiesWe require applicants who possess the following attributes:Technical Excellence

Candidate Requirements

• Strong academic background and training from a recognised international firm/practice
• At least 6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 Real Estate experience gained at a reputable law firm. Hospitality experience would be advantageous.
• An ability and willingness to work on both contentious and non-contentious matters is essential.
• Confidence and enthusiasm in interactions
• A real interest in marketing/business development and the ability to foster long term relationships
• A willingness to assume responsibility and take a pro-active and commercial approach to issues
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
