This top-quality team advises clients on M&A and private equity transactions in the MENA region in sectors such as energy (with a focus on renewable energy) and infrastructure, oil & gas, technology and e-commerce, consumer goods and retail, healthcare and life-sciences, education, financial services, logistics and transport and real estate, hospitality and leisure.In addition, they regularly advise on transactions relating to technology and growth companies at all stages of their development.You must be technically strong and have the ability to lead on deals. Those candidates who trained with, or who are currently at another leading US or MC firm are of particular interest.
