• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities, particularly regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance manuals, training materials, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide compliance guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including trading desks, portfolio managers, and senior management.
• Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the company\'s compliance framework remains current.
• Assist in regulatory filings and submissions as required.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as necessary.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of compliance monitoring tools and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters for the organization.

The Candidate

• CISI Certifications in Compliance are preferred (not mandatory) or Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3- 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements and international compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proven track record of managing complex compliance issues and driving compliance initiatives.
