Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in UAE based Architectural Engineering Consultancy companies G+Unlimited Certificate from Dubai Municipality is a plus Senior Architect Engineer - Ideal Candidate Profile Professional Summary: A highly skilled and innovative Senior Architect Engineer with 10+ years of UAE experience in conceptual and detailed architectural design. Adept at developing creative and functional designs while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) G+Unlimited certification standards and other local authority regulations, including DDA, Trakhees, and RTA. Key Qualifications: o DM G+Unlimited Certified o Extensive knowledge of local UAE regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, etc.) o Proven expertise in conceptual and detailed design development o Strong command of architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) o Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills Experience & Expertise: o Led architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with local codes o Designed innovative, sustainable, and functional buildings that meet client and regulatory expectations o Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants o Managed multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently o Expertise in *building codes, sustainable design principles, and construction techniques Soft Skills: o Strong communication and stakeholder management o Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality design o Ability to lead and mentor junior architects o Efficient in time management and problem-solving
