A leading real estate developer in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a Senior Architect
Experience with Residential & Commercial Buildings Architecture
Experience in 2D drafting, 3D visualization
Experience in interior and exterior designs
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Prepare detailed plans and specifications using CAD/BIM software.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior architects and coordinate with consultants.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and graphic software.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
