Senior Architect for Design requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to conceptualize and develop design solutions
Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software
Knowledge of sustainable design principles
Experience with project management and budgeting
Experience with construction documentation and detailing
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors
