Role: Senior Architect

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Immediate joiners | preferable on Visit / Cancelled status

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3D models using 3ds Max and V-Ray. Oversee construction documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with management, engineers and consultants to integrate design elements. Create high-quality visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max and V-Ray for presentations. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and sustainability standards. Conduct site analysis and prepare feasibility reports for design proposals. Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical design aspects. Review and approve material selections and finishes in coordination with the design team. Manage project coordination with contractors to ensure the design vision is realized. Provide expertise in space planning, functionality and aesthetic solutions. Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, tools and technologies to maintain innovation.
