Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Architect with at least 15 years of experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years specifically in the Emirate of Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design, preparing design submittals to authorities, and proficiency in CAD and various design software. This position is an urgent requirement with a timeline for joining within 4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and oversee project development from concept to completion. Prepare and submit design documents to local authorities for approval, ensuring compliance with regulations. Calculate Gross Floor Area (GFA), Built-Up Area (BUA), and other technical metrics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams. Ensure design quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

A degree in Architecture with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years in Dubai. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software. Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals in Dubai. Strong design and conceptualization skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage teams.
