Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you will report directly to the Lead Architect, taking responsibility for implementing project plans and ensuring all items of project deliverables are delivered on time and to the recognized BSBG standard. Responsibilities: - Assist with design development and compliance. - Coordinate sub-consultant packages. - Update folders and track document issuance. - Monitor authority submissions. - Adhere to quality procedures and deadlines. - Coordinate design meetings and deliverables. - Manage project deliverables and team motivation. - Allocate time and update progress. - Maintain team communication and correspondence. - Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities. - Address site issues and review designs.



Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technically demanding projects, across multiple sectors. - UAE National with Family Book
