We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
• Develop and present design proposals to clients
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Dubai architectural office
• Experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project leadership
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
