The Role

My client is a well-renowned global design firm involved on a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Commercial and Residential sectors. As part of their continued development and due to ongoing growth in the Middle East, they are looking to recruit several Architects to help support the business. We are looking for candidates with proven track records of working on various typologies of projects. We are also looking for those who have strong technical experience less so Concept. Key Activities (But not limited to): o Preparing and/or reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project. o Liaising with design team on design coordination issues o Technical detailing of projects and utilising correct design standards o Responsibility for meeting the brief from an operational and functional perspective o Review of all drawing packages prior to issue o Responsibility for the management of the project deliverables o Coordinate design team meetings with the relevant sub consultants



Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience o Must have a Bachelor's qualification in Architecture o Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of projects (Hospitality/Hotel, large Residential, Mixed-Use projects would be desirable) o Proficiency in REVIT o Good communication skills
