Senior Architect with BIM Implementation and Coordination Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architect with expertise in BIM implementation and coordination to contribute to the success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the implementation of BIM processes and workflows throughout the architectural design phases.
• Demonstrating a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai, UAE , working with a reputable Architectural Design Consultancy firm on large residential and hospitality projects.
• Managing architectural projects with a focus on BIM coordination, ensuring collaboration and integration of disciplines such as MEP and structural engineering.
• Utilizing BIM software (e.g., Revit) to create and manage building models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues and optimize project delivery.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on BIM standards and best practices.
• Integrating BIM data for analysis, visualization, and project coordination purposes.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans and project BIM requirements set by clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Building Technology.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks ) and AutoCAD, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and BIM implementation.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards (e.g., LOD300,LOD400 ), and industry best practices.
• Ability to coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines and project phases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior architects and BIM technicians.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
