The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in UAE-Dubai. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of luxury villas, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects and contribute to the architectural landscape in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of luxury villas from concept to completion, ensuring that each project aligns with the client's vision and meets all regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that elevate the standard of luxury living. - Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure that the architectural design is executed according to the plans and specifications. - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in architectural design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into project designs. - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to address any design-related issues and ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.



Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution. - Proven experience in designing and managing luxury villa projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project delivery. - Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as familiarity with building codes and regulations in the UAE. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving project goals. - A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design and creating exceptional living spaces. - Excellent project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
