Randstad is working with an architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai in the search for a Senior Architect / Design Manager to join their operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of buildings projects including residential, commercial and mixed:use schemes, from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring clients vision becomes a reality while meeting the highest standards of design and quality. This is an opportunity for an all:rounded architect with a passion for innovative design and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: * Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals. * Take ownership of projects, managing all architectural aspects from inception to handover. * Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure the work is fully coordinated across the project and monitoring delivery programme * Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life:cycle. * Attend and lead regular design related issues during coordination meetings supporting the PM in weekly Project meetings with the Client * Facilitate the technical review of all design submissions and complete a review of related sub consultant submittals. * Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth within the firm. Requirements: * BEng/BArch minimum in Architecture * 10+ years post qualification experience * Middle East experience working with leading design consultants * Broad project portfolio showcasing a range of building typologies * Fully conversant in Revit * Excellent communication skills Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
