Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a Senior Architect (Buildings) for a project in Doha, Qatar. We envisage success in this role to include: Plan and manage building projects of medium to high complexity, ensuring they meet high standards, are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. Lead large and multidisciplinary project teams, including significant sub-consultants, through effective communication and performance management. Liaise with government departments and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Provide architectural guidance and expertise on projects, ensuring compliance with local legislation and international best practices. Lead the preparation and review of architectural designs, drawings, and models, ensuring the highest quality and innovation. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, with a focus on building projects. Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex building designs and successful project completions. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Qatar, is preferred. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar. Qualifications
