A Leading Real Estate Developer company in Sharjah, UAE is looking for Senior Architect Coordinator

8+ Years Experience in Architect Coordination required

12+ Years Experience in Architecture

Experience working with Real Estate Developer in UAE

The ideal candidate will oversee architectural projects, ensuring alignment with design standards and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural project coordination and communication.
• Review and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural coordination AND Minimum 12+ Years experience as Architect.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
