JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading real estate developer in Sharjah, UAE is looking for a Senior Architect with BIM 360 experience .

A candidate is responsible for delivering tasks regarding design projects & Working with the team to submit different deliverables within the company's policies and architecture practice standards.

a) Experience with Residential & Commercial Buildings Architecture

b) Experience in 2D drafting, 3D visualization

c) Experience in interior and exterior designs

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES :-

1. Responsible for all coordination as a Project lead to all the consultants, contractors or third parties to make sure projects are well coordinated.

2. Responsible for leading teams of every project to ensure the drawings are in good quality in terms of technicality.

3. Responsible for implementation of the project plan & ensuring that all project deliverables are delivered on time and to required standards and in correspondence with governmental regulations.

4. Responsible of setting-up the Revit Standard and BIM 360 / Auto desk Construction clouds, ensuring all sub-consultants connected to clouds for collaboration.

5. Responsible of reviewing the drawings, providing sketch construction details.

6. Providing planning strategies and solutions to some challenging area. Able to adjust the drawings, provide feedback or alternative solutions.

7. Creation of 3D architectural sketches and coloured visuals for Concept Presentation. Employment of following technical and visualization software: Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, Revit (2D and 3D), 3DsMax or Rhinoceros, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.

8. Utilize necessary physical and digital tools to create initial technical drafts in 2D and 3D. Preparation of 2D measured plans, elevations and sections as well as basic technical details for further development.

9. Design revisions and modifications as necessary.

10. Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations.

11. Assisting in tender documentation & specification.

12. Revision & assembly of informative reports based on RFPs & briefs.

13. Early interdisciplinary coordination in projects, especially in the area of structure and MEP installation.

14. Coordinating with a group of multidisciplinary designers, engineers, and architects to deliver exemplary design work, documentation, and reports.

15. Ability to abide to timelines set by project heads with responsive turnarounds.

16. Works closely with Senior Design Manager & Senior Project Director to ensure project is delivered to programme.

17. Site Inspection with design / technical assistance when / if required .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate development.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit , and graphic software.
• Strong Experience in Autodesk BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
