As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods. Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Connects the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicates across the function in area of expertise Presents solutions to customers and advise the benefits that will address customer pain points Provide technical guidance to junior application engineers and review their submittals for approval Understand Baker Hughes product line and apply value added designs to address customer needs and requirements

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Mechanical Component. Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in designing wellhead equipment.
