Job Description

Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities. This position provides key insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other executive reports.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with financial software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
