Conduct comprehensive condition assessments of buildings and assets, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
Perform audits of FM service providers, evaluating their maintenance and safety practices, and recommending enhancements for improved performance.
Develop detailed FM scopes of work based on client needs, asset designs, and specifications.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable FM strategies and plans.
Recommend and implement cost-effective solutions for optimizing facility operations, including energy efficiency initiatives and preventive maintenance programs.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facility management.
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for clients.
Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Perform all other related FM consultancy tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
LEED certification or similar sustainability accreditation.
3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management consulting or a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in conducting building condition assessments and audits.
Strong understanding of building systems and technical services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
Knowledge of FM industry best practices and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, written and verbal, skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant FM software.
