Visa CEMEA Sourcing Visa CEMEA Sourcing has an opportunity for an ambitious, self-starting, results-driven and customer- oriented, processes and technology expert to join CEMEA Sourcings Procurement Operations & Supplier Management team. Role Accountability The role holder has the regional ownership of the end-to-end S2P processes and Ariba technology. The criticality of the role is S2P and Ariba in depth knowledge, experience in deployment and leading continuous improvements in close partnership with the Global Sourcing and Financial Systems Services (FSS) teams and the business: Support the development of the Procurement Operations function, strategic & operational delivery Support global S2P processes improvements and further automation and digitalisation effort. Design, track and deliver short term plans (1-2 years) Lead regional and support global deployment of system enhancements, additional functionalities and modules. Support the development and implementation CEMEA S&Ops Lead review and implement leading practice alternative buying channels. Monitor utilisation and success. Assume ownership of guided buying content and buying channel strategy and operationalization, from planning to execution. Actively lead and support the implementation of new enhanced processes and any potential integrations, managing change effectively to ensure that new ways of working are documented and embedded successfully. Design and implement Ariba and P2P training programme and materials for Sourcing and business users. Act as SME, process and system lead and expert in Ariba (experience of Oracle and Concur is a plus) Data Analytics & Reporting Responsible for accurate and on time delivery of Sourcing reports. Custodian for data standards within Sourcing CEMEA, collaborating with other regional and global teams to ensure data quality. Stakeholder Management: regional and global peers relationships Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders across Sourcing and ensure that regional requirements are fully discussed and embedded in the global solutions. Identify and build relationships with key business stakeholders. Liaise regularly with other support functions (e.g. Finance, Legal, Audit etc) as well as engaging effectively on a day to day basis with the core SAP/Ariba team Conduct and analyse periodic CEMEA Sourcing surveys Collaboration Develop and deliver reporting formats which drives better decision making. Role Base Dubai, UAE This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Educated to degree level CIPS qualification desirable Previous experience, a minimum of 10 years in a similar position leading Procurement Operations, and acting as S2P/Ariba SME role within a large organization Advanced knowledge and experience in design, documentation and deployment of end-to-end procurement processes including Target Operating Model (TOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates for Source To Contract (S2C) and Procure To Pay (P2P) process. Track record of successfully leading Ariba post-implementations improvements Excellent knowledge of analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tablue, Access etc) Experience of working successfully in a matrix organisation.
