Job description
  • Support the Head of Office in day-to-day general office management.
  • Support the staff in relocating to and out of the Hub, managing matters related to travel, visas, etc..
  • Assist the Head of Office in hiring and managing personnel outsourcing services at the Hub.
  • Support the monitoring of the implementation of procedures at the Hub to ensure compliance with policies of the Headquarters.
  • Perform various other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in related fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in office management, HR, or administrative role in international / financial institutions.
  • Proficient in using office management tools and HR systems.
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
