Rightforce Manpower Agency is seeking a Senior Admin - Recruitment Manager in Dubai to lead and manage recruitment operations. This role involves building strong client relationships, coordinating with overseas agencies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and international recruitment standards. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, crisis management, and driving operational efficiency to meet client needs and expand the agency's market presence.

•Key Responsibilities :•
1.Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Ensure timely and effective communication to address client requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.
2.Overseas Agency Coordination :
• Communicate regularly with overseas recruitment agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee agreements, contracts, and compliance with international recruitment standards.
3.Team Management and Leadership :
• Lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve performance targets.
• Provide guidance and training to team members for skill enhancement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement.
4.Operational Oversight :
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and international recruitment policies.
• Address and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
5.Strategic Planning :
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to expand the client base.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
6.Reporting and Analytics :
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and present them to the Director.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
7.Crisis Management and Resolution :
• Assess and identify the root cause of crises in recruitment projects.
• Develop and implement immediate solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure seamless operations.
8.Reporting and Documentation :
• Document crisis details, including cause, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Present detailed reports to the management with lessons learned and recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits :
• Salary : AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 (based on experience).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with international manpower deployment regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
