Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Advisory to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of accountants, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence in financial management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing client relationships and financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs and goals.Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Coordinate and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and optimize client financial strategies.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in financial software, leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.Proven experience within the finance industry, with a strong background in client management and financial operations.Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho; advanced Excel skills are a plus.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
