JOB RESPONSIBILTY:
• Maintain the Books of Accounts by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting.
• Interact with internal and external auditors.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines.
• Review expenses and update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants with monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
• Update and maintain the ERP system of the accounts department.
• Looking after Admin and Procurement
• Looking after logistics like Import and Export
Experience: 2 years working on zoho book as a accountant in instruments trading company.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
