We are a hiring for highly skilled, detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant (with Fit-Out Projects experience) to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, managing accounting processes, and providing valuable insights to support informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of accounting practices in the fit-out projects and facility industry, including inventory management, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
In addition, the candidate should have experience in TAX laws and VAT compliance, and the ability to handle accounts up to finalization.

• Audit Company Experience
• 3-5 years of UAE experience as an Auditor/Accountant is required
• Corporate TAX experience.
• UAE Experience in Fit-Out projects is preferred
• BOQ/Estimation experience is preferred
• Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa is required, Immediate Joining - No notice period
• Age Maximum 35 Years Old
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the general ledger for all fit-out projects/facility-related accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements specific to facility management (e.g., operating expenses, lease costs, maintenance costs).
• Perform account reconciliations for facility-related accounts (e.g., vendor invoices, utility bills).
• Oversee the budgeting process for facilities, including creating and monitoring budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Track and analyze facility-related costs (e.g., rent, utilities, maintenance, repairs) to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management, providing insights into facility performance and resource allocation.
• Manage and maintain fixed asset records for all facilities (e.g., equipment, furniture).
• Work closely with facility managers and other departments (e.g., Operations, Procurement) to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and accounting standards for fit-out/facility management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with hospitality accounting software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and constructions accounting practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a fit-out/construction industry setting is a plus.
• BOQ/Estimation experience is an advantage.
