Royal Smart Limousine is a leading provider of luxurious transportation services in Dubai. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant and Treasury Manager to join our dynamic finance team immediately. This individual will play a key role in overseeing corporate tax matters, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships with banks, while ensuring efficient treasury functions for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of corporate taxation, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Oversee the reconciliation process for all financial accounts and provide accurate reports. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions in the UAE to ensure smooth operations and manage treasury functions effectively. Develop, manage, and monitor the company's annual budget to ensure alignment with financial goals. Prepare, review, and present financial reports, forecasts, and variances to higher management, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial status and recommendations. Monitor cash flow and provide strategic advice on treasury management to senior leadership. Proficiently utilize the Odoo system for financial and accounting processes. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of year-end reporting and assist with audits.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, and treasury management. Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations in the UAE. Proven experience in leading and managing accounting teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with banks and financial partners in the UAE. Strong reporting skills with the ability to present financial information effectively to higher management. Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. Familiarity with Odoo accounting system or similar ERP software. High attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus). Ability to join the team ASAP.
