Job Title: Senior Accountant with Tadbeer Experience

Location: Dubai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced senior accountant with specific expertise in Tadbeer operations to oversee and manage financial activities for our Tadbeer service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and management within the UAE, with a deep understanding of Tadbeer operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Tadbeer business objectives.

Conducting regular analysis to ensure profitability and growth.

Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and manage cash flow.

Ensure all financial transactions and operations are compliant with Tadbeer guidelines and UAE labor laws.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tadbeer rules and regulatory changes.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of all audits.

Oversee payroll processing and manage other expense-related activities.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity in all financial transactions.

Manage relationships with vendors and clients, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.

Lead and oversee the daily activities of the accounting team.

Develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes.

Reconcile income statements and generate monthly financial reports.

Manage and control the master data of the general ledger.

Review and authorize online banking payments.

Ensure full compliance with state revenue service requirements.

Provide continuous accounting and financial reporting support.

Oversee the entire financial process, from start to finish.

Prepare expense budget reports and manage budgetary controls.



Skills:

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer guidelines.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple financial tasks effectively.

Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Proven ability to provide sound financial advice and guidance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CMA/ACCA,etc certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years of experience working within the Tadbeer system or a similar UAE labor services company.
