JOB DESCRIPTION

repare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate portfolios. Manage and oversee property accounting, including rent roll reconciliations and tenant billing. Coordinate and assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insightful financial reporting to management. Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly. Collaborate with property managers and investment teams to support financial decision-making.

EXPERIENCE

5 years of experience as senior accountant in Real Estate.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
