Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

Mini Melts LLC Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chief Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent, and in-depth knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, oversee reporting processes, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) regulations and handle timely filing.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee internal financial systems and processes.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, trading, or the F&B sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax (CT), and compliance regulations.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
