Toppan Gravity is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations and deliver precise financial data, ensuring robust financial analysis and reporting. This role encompasses handling accounting transactions, conducting reconciliations, and managing monthly closing activities to produce accurate financial statements. Key responsibilities include overseeing payment processes, LC (Letter of Credit) management, and facilitating smooth intercompany operations. The Senior Accountant will also prepare group reports, ensure compliance with IFRS, and maintain a thorough archival system for accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Ensure accurate recording and allocation of accounts with valid supporting documents. Manage reconciliations for banks and suppliers, verify invoices and purchase orders, and maintain perpetual bank position accuracy.
• LC Management: Oversee all aspects of Letters of Credit, including liaising with suppliers and banks, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely issuance.
• Relationship Management: Communicate with auditors, address audit requirements, and reconcile intercompany balances. Ensure efficient follow-up on customer receipts and vendor queries.
• Reporting: Prepare treasury, fixed asset, and bank reconciliation reports monthly. Produce group reports and other periodic financial analyses as needed.
• Archiving: Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation in both hard and electronic formats.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. MBA is a plus.

Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with an audit background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, including D365 F&O.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, consolidation procedures, and IFRS.
• Familiarity with UAE taxation regulations.
