Our Company looking for an experienced accountant with minimum 2 year of Experience in UAE

We are looking for a smart, active, energetic personality, who will have initiative and has a passion for work.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Finance team based in Abu Dhabi .

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities of the branch including accounts payables, receivables, monthly financial statements report, general ledger, bank reconciliation, petty cash and vat.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Key Accountabilities:

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting records to ensure compliance with Taqeef policies and procedures.
• Post, allocate and reconcile general ledger transactions and ensure their accuracy.
• Verify bank statements and perform reconciliation with general ledger entries.
• Update and maintain JV, general ledgers, and other financial transaction records (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable)
• Maintain up-to-date accounting filing systems.
• Reconcile records with affiliate companies, external vendors, or customers.
• Prepare monthly payables and receivables balance confirmation.
• Ensure sales transactions are correctly posted and allocated.
• Support month-end and close year-end process.
• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely upload and payment in the system.
• Manage daily petty cash records and transactions.
• Ensure cash deposits in CDM machines are posted correctly and allocated in the system.
• Manage payment deposits into the banks.
• Issue approved payments/cheques/bank transfers/cash to vendors.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, and Accounting fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role. UAE experience is a must..
• Hands-on experience in ERP Tally
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
